DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT OR DATA

This page explains how to delete your Run With Me: Pacers & Runners account (iOS and Android), or request deletion of specific data without closing your account.

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT — IN THE APP (FASTEST)

1. Open the Run With Me app and sign in.

2. Go to Profile

3. Tap "Delete account" and confirm/continue

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT — BY EMAIL

Email privacy@runwithme.net from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and confirm once completed.

WHAT IS DELETED, AND WHAT IS KEPT

When your account is deleted, your personal data (profile, preferences, messages, photos, reviews you can edit) is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy. We retain only what the law requires us to keep — such as payment and transaction records processed through Stripe — and data needed to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms, for as long as those obligations last.

DELETE SPECIFIC DATA WITHOUT CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT

You can delete your own messages, trophy photos, and profile photos directly in the app at any time. For anything else, email privacy@runwithme.net describing what you want removed — we will action deletion requests within 30 days.
